well its been a whole week and i feel fine,
breakie:

2 pieces of toast
1 apple
2 glasses
lunch:
1 hamburger(the good kind)
1 salad w/blue cheese dressing yum my favorite!
a cup of grapes
14 almonds
30 pistachios
and plenty of water
